Message-ID: An Announcement and an Invitation from MSA International Relations As many of you may have already seen in the MSA election results, Prof. David Ayers will be the new IR chair at the MSA starting with the Montreal 2009 conference. Prof. Sarker, the current IR chair, is pleased to transfer leadership and looks forward to even more vibrant IR activity with MSA colleagues. Both chairs invite MSA members to submit papers, panels, roundtables, and seminars on inter/trans-national topics by the May 11 deadline. The site and the theme of the 2009 conference lend themselves particularly well to IR matters. We both look forward to a program full of the creative imagination and deep scholarship that you have to offer!
