Assistant Professor of British/Anglophone Global Modernisms
The Department of English at Queens College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in British/Global Modernisms. All candidates with research and teaching expertise in British and/or Anglophone Global Modernisms will be considered, but we are especially interested in applications from scholars with a specialization in Digital Humanities, gender and sexuality studies, race studies, transatlantic and hemispheric studies, and the analysis of class. Also required are a record or clear promise of research publication, a record of strong teaching, and a demonstrated commitment to departmental and institutional service. The finalist is expected to have a completed PhD in hand by time of employment.
